Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Project Architect for a UK-based RIBA chartered practice in Chorley. The role offers hybrid working and a permanent contract. Salary ranges £37,000–£45,000 and requires ARB registration, Part 3, and Revit proficiency.

The successful candidate will lead detailing across RIBA stages, liaise with contractors, and oversee design team coordination in a healthcare-focused studio. Commutable to Chorley is essential.

Qualifications

• ARB registered.
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience managing complex projects across various sectors.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Job running experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Chorley.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
