Job summary

AJC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a RIBA Chartered architect with strong detailing skills to work on existing builds in a Cardiff studio. You will structure architectural detailing, prepare construction packages and address on-site issues with a broad consultancy team.

Proficiency in REVIT and a good knowledge of traditional construction methods are essential. An excellent working atmosphere with regular social events and a generous holiday allowance accompany an appealing salary.

Job description

An 'architectural focused' multi disciplinary company with a national presence are continuing to win new work from the established Cardiff studio. They encompass Architecture, Interior Design, CDM and building surveying and have an envious client base.

The role will see you working on existing builds where you will wrk with a 'broad consultancy team'. You will be involved with architectural detailing, construction packages and solving any issues occuring on site.

We would like to hear from RIBA Chartered applicants who have strong detailing skills with experience of working on 'sensitive architecture' projects. You will hold a knowledge of traditional construction methods and be literate with REVIT.
