Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking an Architectural Designer to join a well-established architectural practice in the United Kingdom. The role offers hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from planning through construction, with opportunities for mentoring and professional development.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, develop technical detailing, and coordinate projects across multiple RIBA Work Stages.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in architectural practice.
• Experience across multiple RIBA Work Stages.
• Strong technical detailing and project coordination.
• Knowledge of UK Planning & Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through a range of RIBA Work Stages.
• Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages.
• Prepare detailed drawings using Revit/BIM.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with Planning legislation, Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
• Support the successful delivery of projects.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Good knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience using Revit/BIM or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• CIAT membership or RIBA Part I/II would be advantageous.
