Job summary

RIBAJ is seeking a Project Architect for a South London studio that combines design-led, high-end residential projects with strong technical knowledge. The role involves developing proposals from concept through to delivery, coordinating consultants, and ensuring projects progress smoothly.

You will work closely with senior architects to maintain design intent, manage deadlines, and support junior team members in a collaborative, development-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • ARB registered Architect with post-Part III experience.
  • UK architectural practice experience with strong experience within the high end residential sector.
  • Experience across all RIBA stages with the ability to run projects from concept to handover.
  • Strong design, drawing and presentation skills.
  • Confident communicator with clients and consultants.
  • Well organised, proactive and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning applications, pre-applications and supporting documentation.
  • Attend client, consultant and project meetings.

  • Support junior team members where appropriate.

Project Architect - South London

A well-established, design-led architectural practice specialising in high-quality residential projects. The studio combines creative design with strong technical knowledge and offers a collaborative environment with excellent opportunities for professional development.

The Role

Working closely with senior architects and the wider team, you will contribute from concept and planning through to delivery, developing design proposals, coordinating consultants and ensuring projects progress smoothly.
