Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our collaborative team in the United Kingdom. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience and increasing responsibility while developing your technical skills.

The role emphasizes experience with multiple RIBA Work Stages, strong detailing, and coordination, plus proficiency in Revit/BIM or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in an architectural practice
  • Experience across multiple RIBA Work Stages
  • Strong technical detailing and project coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Experience using Revit/BIM or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • CIAT membership or RIBA Part I/II would be advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through a range of RIBA Work Stages.
  • Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages.
  • Prepare detailed drawings using Revit/BIM.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure designs comply with Planning legislation, Building Regulations and industry standards.
  • Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities
