Caskade Drinks is on the hunt for a passionate and ambitious Project & Events coordinator to help shape the future of modern whisky culture.
We're a small but mighty team that believes whisky events can be fun, bold, and a little bit Rock 'n' Roll. Caskade Drinks is the home of the Scottish Whisky Festival, our own line of creative independent bottlings, and a growing calendar of immersive brand events that bring the spirit of whisky to life in unexpected ways.
Following an internal restructure and a long-time colleague going abroad, we’re now looking for someone who can become the glue between our three key strands — whisky festivals, bottlings, and events — and take the reins on project delivery across the board.
The Role
With high-level oversight of our entire event and product pipeline. You’ll work collaboratively with our core team to ensure everything from whisky festivals and bottling releases to concerts and distillery events are delivered on time, on budget, and with style.You’ll also be our key connector — the person who keeps communication flowing between teams, suppliers, partners, and clients — while spotting new opportunities and pushing for creative excellence at every turn.
This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out gig. We want someone hungry, driven and excited by the idea of shaping their own path inside a company with limitless potential.
