Role: Junior Project Administrator

Main Purpose:

This role provides an excellent opportunity to receive on-the-job training and gain experience in all aspects of projects. The Project Administrator will support the Project Team in delivering the ART Sewer and Point Colour project to ensure high quality, right-first-time outcomes for our customers. The position is based at our offices in Tadworth, Surrey.

Key Success Factors:

Indicators to measure performance include specific and measurable outcomes related to project support and administration, such as accuracy of data input, budget tracking, meeting coordination, and contribution to project reports.

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations:

This role involves interaction with internal project teams, external stakeholders, and management. Clear communication and organizational skills are essential for effective collaboration.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Provide efficient, accurate data entry and management in Jira and other systems.
  • Monitor and track project budgets and expenditures.
  • Assist in setting up meetings and recording minutes.
  • Support project planning and tracking activities.
  • Contribute to project status reports and stakeholder presentations.
  • Check systems like Scada/Bureau/MAP for data quality and alarms to support data validation.
  • Manage stock control for project materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to the project.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Knowledge / Experience Required:
  • General education, including GCSE passes or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with IT equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Database experience is advantageous.
  • Full driving license and access to a car.
