Project Administrator (Document Control)

We’re on the lookout for a Project Administrator/Document Controller to join our team in Reading. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, this could be your perfect opportunity to grow your career in construction!

About the role:

  • Setting up and maintaining our document control systems.
  • Keeping things on track by helping to organise and distribute documents to the right people at the right time.
  • Supporting workflows by ensuring comments and approvals are tracked, and project deadlines are met.
  • Providing support to both internal and external project users when they need help with the document control system.
  • Resolving queries related to drawings and documents.
  • Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and third parties to ensure consistency in document control processes.

About you:

  • Some understanding or interest in construction and document control processes (experience is a bonus, but not essential).
  • A willingness to learn systems like Procore, Aconex, Conject, or 4Projects.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay organised.
  • A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (you may need to visit project sites).
