A leading construction materials group is seeking a Project Administrator based in Naunton, Gloucestershire. This role, offered as a fixed term contract until February 2027, requires strong administrative skills and the ability to engage with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you'll need to be someone who possesses meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and enjoys building professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Working with a team of experts, your remit is to be responsible for delivering on the day-to-day administration activities using a variety of systems.
As our Project Administrator, you will be instrumental in driving and leading the smooth operation of the business in relation to all administration needs for the benefit of our project teams, customers as well as the organisation. This role is offered as a fixed term contract until February 2027 with candidates ideally being based in Oxfordshire.
You're not the type to need someone to give you direction on a daily basis and prefer working in a quiet environment. The role isn't a quiet, slow-paced one as you will engaging with different groups of people across the business as well as with clients in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to use your initiative, work autonomously and be responsible for various activities where no two days are the same.
