Job summary

Liquidline is seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative, governance and coordination support to the ERP Programme Manager and wider project team. The role ensures effective project controls, reporting, documentation and governance processes across programmes.

Following ERP completion, you will help with multiple projects and change initiatives, coordinating with managers and stakeholders to deliver structured, well-governed results.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations and business documents.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project coordination and task tracking.
  • Familiarity with project tools such as Asana or Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling and agendas.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Manage project tools, workflows and reporting.
  • Monitor actions, risks, issues and key decisions.
  • Support planning by updating schedules and milestones.
  • Assist with resource planning and workload tracking.
  • Prepare updates, reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Support development of project plans and delivery schedules.
  • Provide governance support across multiple projects.
  • Work with managers and teams to ensure accurate reporting.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, governance and coordination support to the ERP Programme Manager and wider project team. The role is responsible for ensuring effective project controls, accurate reporting, documentation management, meeting coordination, and maintenance of programme governance processes.

Following the completion of the ERP Programme, the role will transition into supporting multiple projects and change initiatives across the business, helping to ensure projects are delivered in a structured, organised and well-governed manner.

The Role – Project Administrator
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, recording actions, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organised project documentation, templates, and records.
  • Manage project tools and systems, ensuring tasks, workflows, and reporting are kept up to date.
  • Monitor project action, risks, issues, and key decisions
  • Support project planning by updating schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
  • Assists with resource planning and team workload tracking
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the development of project plans, requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide administrative and governance support across multiple projects and business change initiatives.
  • Work closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and accurate reporting.
What You Will Need In The Role Of Project Administrator
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations and business documents
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project coordination and task tracking
  • Familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Jira or similar.
