About the Role

A Tier One Main Contractor is seeking a talented and dedicated Project Administrator to join our team in Exeter. This isn’t your average admin role; you’ll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Project Lifeline: Providing essential administrative support to our project teams, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
  2. Document Dynamo: Managing and organising project documentation with exceptional accuracy, ensuring information flows smoothly.
  3. Communication Central: Acting as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between site and office teams.
  4. Logistics Legend: Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel like a pro.
  5. Problem Solving Powerhouse: Tackling administrative challenges with a positive attitude and finding efficient solutions.
  6. Procurement Pal: Assisting with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
  7. Data Guru: Maintaining accurate records, inputting data, and generating reports to keep everyone informed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a construction or similar fast-paced industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
