Job summary

Reed is seeking a Project Administrator in Crawley to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation. You will provide administrative support across multiple projects, ensure tasks are completed on time, and help keep documentation up to date.

You will coordinate meetings, track progress, assist with reporting on milestones and budgets, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to support project delivery. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a project support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
