The Celtic Collection is seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support the Sales team at Celtic Manor Resort, Newport. You will manage day-to-day admin, maintain records, and help coordinate client activities to ensure smooth operation of the meetings and events pipeline.
This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate, group, and M&E sales in a busy hotel environment, with scope to grow into more senior sales support and event coordination as you gain experience.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support thewider Pro-active Sales Team. This role plays a key part in the smooth runningof the sales department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone lookingto start or grow their career in event sales, offering hands-on exposure tocorporate, group, and M&E (Meetings & Events) sales within a dynamichotel environment.
This role is highly supportive and involves workingclosely with the sales managers and Regional Sales Director to keep the teamrunning efficiently. The Project Administrator handles the day-to-dayadministrative foundation that allows the sales team to focus on revenue,strategy, and client relationships.

Previous experience in hospitality administration ora sales support role is desirable, but not essential.
Strong organisational and diary-management skillswith exceptional attention to detail.
Confident in minute-taking and maintaining accuraterecords.
Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal, with a professional manner when dealing with clients.
Proactive and able to anticipate needs to keep thesales department running smoothly.
Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook);
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, client-focusedenvironment.
Friendly, professional, and confident supportingsenior management.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centredmindset.
Positive, solutions-driven, and able to work bothindependently and collaboratively.
Discreet and trustworthy, particularly when handlingclient information and commercial data.
