• Experience in project accounting or a similar finance role.
• Experience with journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Ability to analyse labour/utilisation and project performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day financial support to Project Managers and resolve project-related issues.
• Support financial reporting and monitoring of newly launched projects.
• Prepare labour utilisation reports and analyse labour costs.
• Post monthly inventory journals across UK and international operations.
• Lead regular financial review meetings with stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve project billing and invoicing queries.
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts and estimates in reporting systems.
