Job summary

Employment Specialists Ltd partners with a leading insurance organisation to establish a new Project Finance function. The Project Accountant will partner with the business to deliver budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting across the project portfolio.

You will lead the deployment of the Workday Project module and establish robust financial controls and performance analysis. Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with Project Accounting experience and a track record of system

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with Project Accounting experience.
• Experience of system implementation, especially Project Management systems.
• Good experience of monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Project management financial control and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and capitalisation.
• Delivery of training, user guides and business acceptance of Project Financial processes.
• Establish the framework for data requirements and support for R&D tax credits in the UK.
• Work with Tax to optimise tax efficiency of projects globally.
• Design and implement the Workday Project module.
