Job summary

Pluss is seeking a Dedicated Progression Advisor to support individuals facing health, wellbeing or life barriers. You’ll deliver personalised coaching across a wide geographic area, focusing on confident progression, routine-building and community engagement.

The role combines wellbeing support with employability coaching, in a field-based, permanent, full-time setup. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate access to Occupational Therapists and other specialists, travel

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring or employability support.
• Ability to travel extensively across a large area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with participants.
• Deliver personalised, behaviourally informed coaching.
• Assess barriers, aspirations and support needs.
• Provide wellbeing and progression coaching one-to-one.
• Coordinate access to community activities and employment planning.
• Support participants to use digital technology for remote work.
• Develop and review in-work support plans.
• Coordinate referrals to specialist services.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with employers.
