Learning Partners Academy Trust is recruiting a Progress Coach to join Guildford County School’s new provision for autistic students, The Loft, opening in 2025. The role is 33.75 hours per week during term time, with hours 8.00am–3.45pm, starting September 2026 and working to raise student achievement with supportive colleagues.

We seek an efficient, enthusiastic candidate with excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills, who can build relationships with students and staff and adapt to a dynamic,

Qualifications

• High literacy and numeracy are essential.
• Previous experience with teachers and supporting students is desirable but not essential.
• Strong IT skills and confident communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for students, teachers and the school to raise achievement.
• Develop positive relationships and plan the best support for individual progress.
• Assist in the new provision for autistic students and contribute to a calm, supportive environment.
