Job summary

The University of Bath is seeking a Programme Administrator to join the Taught Programmes Team in the Faculty of Science. You will deliver and manage a portfolio of programmes and coordinate a range of administrative tasks to ensure a high-quality student experience.

You will work on-site and in other locations, requiring strong communication and proactive workflow coordination with stakeholders across the Faculty.

Qualifications

• Pro-active and self-motivated individual with strong digital literacy.
• Able to manage working under pressure at key points in the year.
• Experience with coordinating workflows with stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational administration to enable success of units and programmes.
• Provide student and academic support and signpost where needed.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Support meetings and committees with minutes and guidance.
• Assist with exams cycle and Boards of Examiners administration.
