Job summary

The University of Bath is seeking an organised administrator to join the Taught Programmes Team in the Faculty of Science. The role focuses on delivering and managing a portfolio of programmes, coordinating a range of programme-related administrative tasks, and ensuring a high-quality student experience.

We encourage applicants with strong digital literacy, ability to work under pressure, and good communication across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• HE background or equivalent experience.
• Organised individual able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Teaching & Programme Support — lead operational administration to enable continued success of units and programmes across the Faculty and ensure smooth course delivery.
• Student and Academic Support — provide advice and information signposting.
• Records & Compliance — maintain accurate student records and ensure Data Protection and FOI compliance.
• Secretariat Support — support meetings and committees with minutes and regulation guidance.
• Assessment Cycle — support exams cycles, produce reports and lead Boards of Examiners meetings.
