InHealth Group Limited is seeking a Programme Team Leader for Diabetic Eye Screening to manage and develop a team of retinal screeners across the North West London programme. You will work with the Programme Manager to deliver high-quality, patient-focused screening services, ensuring rota coverage and maintaining clinical standards.
The role requires leadership capabilities, a Level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners or equivalent, and strong communication and organisational skills.
A driving license and access to a car is essential for the role.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Programme Team Leader to play a key role in delivering a high quality diabetic retinal screening service across our North West London programme.
In this role, you will work closely with the Programme Manager to lead, support and develop a team of retinal screeners. You will be at the heart of ensuring a seamless, patient focused service, combining strong people leadership with operational excellence.
