Overview

FourthRev is looking for an experienced and strategic Programme Success & Learner Insights Officer to drive innovation and deliver excellence across the learner journey for our expanding Career Accelerator portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can scale systems and services effectively, and brings a careers-first mindset to student success.

You will lead a high-performing team and be accountable for the performance of the full learner journey—from onboarding to completion—with a clear focus on satisfaction, engagement, and career outcomes. Your work will shape not only the student support model but also the philosophy behind FourthRev's approach to transformative education.

Your Mission
  • Deliver strategic leadership in designing and scaling the learner experience
  • Oversee student satisfaction and retention metrics
  • Enable a culture of continuous improvement and impact
  • Launch scalable models for new programmes and learner personas

This role is central to ensuring every learner feels supported, empowered, and equipped to achieve meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do
  1. Own and Drive the Careers-First Learner Journey Strategy
  2. Champion Learner Outcomes, Satisfaction, and Metrics
  3. Drive Innovation and Operational Excellence in New Programme Launches
  4. Lead, Coach, and Develop a High-Performing Student Success Team
  5. Manage, coach, and develop the Student Success team to deliver impactful, learner-centred experiences
  6. Foster a performance-driven and outcomes-focused culture
  7. Act as the point of escalation for complex learner cases
  8. Refine and scale systems to enhance student support operations
  9. Build team capability aligned with evolving models and learner needs
  10. Lead the delivery of high-impact learner journeys across all Career Accelerators
  11. Focus on onboarding, orientation, and progression strategy
  12. Collaborate with Product teams to align support with programme design
  13. Develop learner-facing assets, content, and community engagement initiatives
  14. Define and track OKRs/KPIs across satisfaction, retention, progression, and career outcomes
  15. Analyse learner data, surveys, and engagement insights to shape improvements
  16. Lead reporting and accountability across cross-functional teams
  17. Design and implement timely interventions that address blockers and learner needs
  18. Oversee success strategy implementation for new programme launches
  19. Build readiness frameworks for launch alignment and learner personas
  20. Establish feedback loops to improve services and iterate models
  21. Create templates, playbooks, and scalable infrastructure for rollout
Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Substantial experience in student success leadership within EdTech or Higher Education
  • Expertise in learner journey design, community building, and service delivery
  • Experience handling sensitive cases with confidentiality and empathy
  • Proven success in developing scalable student support systems
  • Analytical capability and strong decision-making skills
  • Confidence managing risk and leading through ambiguity
  • Passion for enabling student success and career outcomes
Desirable
  • Experience working with postgraduate or mid-career professionals
  • Familiarity with digital skills industries
  • Coaching certification or relevant training
  • Experience in project management or coordination
