Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Programme Manager to lead capital maintenance, S101A and water recycling programmes across the East Anglia region. You will oversee multiple projects, drive profitability, efficiency and ensure delivery to time, cost and quality targets.

Reporting into governance groups, you will assess opportunities, manage risks, and coordinate with clients, supply chain, and internal teams to realise the programme's strategy and benefits for the region's water services.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Quantity Surveying degree required.
• Multi-disciplinary construction experience preferred.
• Experience delivering projects on time, cost and quality targets.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple project executions with accountability for time, cost and quality.
• Report to governance groups on cost, benefits, and performance against targets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures for programmes.
• Develop business cases and track workstreams across the programme.
