The Salvation Army’s WAYfinder South Outreach service in Glasgow seeks a Programme Manager to lead a team delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support aimed at achieving independence and housing stability for service users.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality services, meeting contractual KPIs, and promoting professional development within the team, while upholding the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of homelessness sector developments and current legislation.
• Experience leading and managing staff, including recruitment, development and performance management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including chairing meetings and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a team environment.
• Commitment to Christian ethos and Salvation Army values.
