Job summary

A leading support service provider is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a team dedicated to helping vulnerable individuals achieve stability. The successful candidate will lead a trauma-informed program within a mixed sex supported accommodation project in Southport, focusing on empowerment and personal development. A minimum of 2 years management experience and NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care are essential. This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive salary and various benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management / supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Demonstrable experience of effectively managing leading, motivating and inspiring staff.
• Driver with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team to inspire positive change for residents.
• Documenting serious incidents and reporting to the Service Lead.
• Fostering connections with local neighbours and the community.
