The Salvation Army in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Support Worker to help deliver supported housing services at Wallace of Campsie House Lifehouse, a 42-flats/10-bedsit operation. You will collaborate with Support Workers to empower clients to move on from homelessness and to perform daily admin and reception tasks supporting Lifehouse operations.

Experience with homeless clients is not essential, but genuine motivation to engage with clients and strong customer service are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with homeless people is not essential.
• Must demonstrate understanding, willingness and motivation to engage with homeless clients.
• Good customer service and time management skills.
• Proficient IT skills (including Microsoft packages)

• Complete day-to-day activities including administration tasks and reception duties to support Lifehouse operations.
