Job summary

Greene King, the country's leading pub company and brewer, is recruiting a Programme Manager to lead high-impact programmes in Group Planning and Delivery. You will shape plans, align stakeholders and drive delivery of complex, commercially focused change with pace.

You’ll bring governance, data-led reporting and financial oversight to manage risk and realise benefits, embedding change into BAU and maximising ROI across investments.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering complex programmes in hospitality/retail.
Strong planning, milestones, dependencies and outcomes.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
Change management and transition to BAU.
Data-driven with KPIs and ROI analysis.
Budgeting and cost/benefit analysis.
