• Provide oversight, assurance and challenge across change activity, ensuring the right plans, governance and interventions are in place to support successful delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders to ensure people, operational readiness, behavioural change and adoption remain central to decision‑making.
• Lead and develop a team of Change Managers, building capability and ensuring resources are aligned to business priorities.

Job Description

As a Change Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Greene King’s enterprise change agenda. Working across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, you’ll ensure business change is effectively planned, governed and embedded, balancing the pace of transformation with the organisation’s capacity to successfully adopt and sustain change. As a Change Lead, you will…
