Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Supply Chain Development Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead strategic projects through ideation to implementation, delivering measurable commercial results.

You’ll own end-to-end improvements across the North Group Supply Chain, build robust business cases with ROI, and partner with Finance, IT, Operations and Pub Partners to raise performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex supply chain projects with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to build robust business cases and evaluate ROI.
• Strong analytical and data interrogation capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic supply chain projects balancing time, cost and service objectives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue and improve service.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve distributor performance and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance to build business cases and track financial impact.
• Develop KPIs, reporting and turn data into actionable insights.
• Champion continuous improvement and embed new processes across the team.
• Ensure compliance and stay ahead of regulatory developments affecting the supply chain.
• Monitor trends and explore third-party collaborations and new revenue streams.
