Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is evolving its People function and systems, focusing on colleague experience and operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced People Transformation Manager to coordinate change initiatives across Core People, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and People Systems.

The role will drive the People roadmap, optimise Dayforce and Pinpoint, and ensure alignment with growth plans.

Qualifications

Experience in People transformation, HR systems, programme delivery, or change management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
Good understanding of HR/People processes and operational environments.
Experience with HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Understanding of HRIS, ATS, LXP, and wider People technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the delivery of the People transformation roadmap and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate project plans, timelines, actions, and dependencies across workstreams.
Support prioritisation, governance, documentation, and delivery approaches across transformation activity.
Coordinate ongoing enhancement and optimisation of Dayforce and Pinpoint.
Support data quality, reporting improvements, and system governance across People technology.
Act as a key coordinator between operational People teams and technical delivery teams.
Support stakeholder engagement across People, Technology, Payroll, Finance, and Retail.
