Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited in Warminster is seeking a Programme Manager - Construction to lead a portfolio of projects from inception to handover. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors and consultants, and ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence and quality.

The successful candidate will oversee reporting, risk management and forecasting while cultivating stakeholder relationships and identifying future opportunities within a security-focused

Qualifications

• An industry-recognised qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering or Law, together with a full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction or FM project teams, contractor and consultant management experience, and project planning expertise.
• Experience within PFI/PPP operational contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Warminster Project Team, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through completion and handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and drive delivery against programme milestones.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide reporting, risk management, financial forecasting and stakeholder management.
• Identify future opportunities and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: An industry-recognised qualification in a relevant discipline such as Construction, Civil Engineering or Law, together with a full UK Driving Licence.

• Experience: Proven leadership of multidisciplinary construction or FM project teams, contractor and consultant management experience, project planning expertise, and experience within PFI/PPP operational contracts.

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build stakeholder relationships and produce high-quality work.
