Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 Qualification in an Engineering discipline.
Minimum Level 2 Maths qualification.
Minimum Level 2 English qualification.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with curriculum manager to develop career-focused learning plans and resources.
Maintain data on student journey and monitor programme performance.
Lead the development of new programmes to meet industry needs.
Oversee student progression and support recruitment, retention and outcomes.
Lead teaching standards and learner experience across the programme.
Address student concerns in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
Develop industry links to meet local and national demands.
