National Film and Television School is recruiting for a Programme Lead to drive the BBC | YouTube | NFTS Create x Connect programme, delivering its creative and strategic objectives across the UK. The role is remote with UK-wide travel and on a fixed 12‑month term, for 35 hours per week.

You will lead speaker engagement, calendars, workshops, and online sessions, while managing budgets and ensuring high-quality participant experiences in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering end-to-end programmes or projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital-first content and online audiences.
• Experience in education or professional development programmes.
• Excellent organisation, forward planning and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope, delivery and success of the Create x Connect programme.
• Identify, secure and coordinate speakers; manage invitations and briefings.
• Coordinate programme calendar, workshops, online sessions and events.
• Monitor budget and ensure activity stays within resources.
• Ensure health & safety and risk assessments are in place.
