Job summary

National Film and Television School is recruiting a Training Coordinator for YouTube Development Programmes. The role offers 28 hours per week (part-time) with a salary up to £21,600 per year, pro rata from the £27,000 FTE figure, on a fixed-term basis for three years.

You will work closely with the Development Manager and Programme Leads across BBC | YouTube | NFTS Create x Connect, NFTS YouTube Creator Incubator, and NFTS Cymru Wales short courses.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, training, events or customer-facing role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support session and event logistics for NFTS programmes.
• Maintain participant communications and records.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance across NFTS Cymru Wales activity.
• Support Tutors, speakers and contributors across NFTS development programmes.
