Change Grow Live in Worthing is seeking a Programme/Groupwork Facilitator to deliver group work programmes for the West Sussex Drug and Alcohol Wellbeing Network, based in Worthing, on a permanent full-time contract. You will record information, manage paperwork, and work with people from diverse backgrounds to make a difference in their lives.

With this role you’ll be working as part of West Sussex Drug and Alcohol Wellbeing Network countywide team, however your base will be in Worthing.
Asa Programme/ Groupwork FacilitatoratChange Grow Live,your main focus will be on delivering group work programmes. You will have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork, spreadsheets and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives. No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key. Full Time Hours:37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
