We are seeking a digitally-savvy learning & development specialist, with the ability to produce and deliver high-quality digital and virtual training opportunities for our diverse staff base. You will support the development of our organisation's skillset and help us deliver unique educational therapeutic provision to highly complex young people. You will be a problem solver, finding digital solutions to barriers to training.
TCES is an independent social enterprise providing specialist therapeutic education based in London and nationwide through the TCES National Online School. We support neurodiverse young people aged 7 to 19 with special educational needs and disabilities, including autism, social emotional and mental health needs, emotional-based school avoidance, and related disorders. Many of our pupils have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and significant trauma, often resulting in challenging behaviour. Typically, students have been excluded from other provisions multiple times before reaching us and have had significant periods out of education.
Pupils learn at our two day schools, our specialist Nurture Primary school, through our Create in the Community service, or within our National Online School. Our Create services support the most complex pupils with highly differentiated, personalised therapeutic education programmes focusing on developmental milestones. Our goal is for pupils to transition from Create into mainstream provisions when ready.
