Job summary

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate transformation initiatives across South East London Acute Provider Collaborative networks. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement and the ability to deliver multiple, interdependent workstreams.

Ideal candidates will have a track record in complex healthcare environments and be skilled in data-driven decision making, reporting and cross-organisational collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, politically sensitive healthcare programmes.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate with clinical and operational teams.
• Strong collaboration and leadership in multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme and project management support across APC networks and programmes.
• Coordinate governance, reporting and risk management for multiple projects.
• Ensure plans are well executed, within budget and on schedule, across organisations.
• Develop and maintain clear communications with stakeholders and partners.
