Job summary

Leo Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head of Programme to lead the Programme Delivery function in a well-established software company powering essential UK services. You will manage a capable team, maintain key customer relationships, and oversee a diverse portfolio of programmes.

This role offers hybrid working (1 day per week remote), a salary up to £80,000 DOE, 25 days leave, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, health cover, and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software delivery programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering complex programmes.
• Strong communication with customers and senior leaders.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the programme delivery team.
• Oversee multiple complex programmes and integration projects.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
• Align priorities with Product, Engineering, Sales and Commercial.
• Identify risks early and clear obstacles.
• Improve ways of working without unnecessary process.
• Provide clear reporting and communication at all levels.
