Job summary

SR2 is recruiting an experienced Programme Manager to own multiple complex, concurrent projects within a major technology modernisation programme. You’ll coordinate across engineering, business, operational and third-party teams to keep delivery on track with minimal disruption.

You’ll join a programme already in flight, quickly gaining visibility with senior stakeholders and driving delivery at pace in a hybrid environment in Oxford.

Qualifications

• Strong programme management experience within large-scale technology/software programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and workstreams concurrently.
• Experience joining established programmes mid-delivery and taking control quickly.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong governance, planning, dependency and risk management experience.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused approach working with software development and third-party suppliers.

• Leading end-to-end delivery across multiple technology projects and workstreams.

• Identifying critical paths and resolving cross-programme dependencies.

• Remote/ Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per week in Oxford)
• 12-month FTC

SR2 is recruiting for a highly established technology organisation undergoing a significant modernisation of one of its core technology platforms. They’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of multiple complex, concurrent projects and workstreams within this transformation.

This is a sizeable software and technology modernisation programme, so we’re looking for someone comfortable operating in technically complex environments, bringing together engineering, business, operational and third-party teams.

You’ll be joining a programme already in flight, quickly getting up to speed, building confidence with senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery remains on track with minimal disruption.

The role:

• Leading end-to-end delivery across multiple technology projects and workstreams
• Managing integrated programme plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies
