Job summary

SSEN Transmission is seeking a Programme Management professional to coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with the overall programme objectives across Perth, Inverness and Aberdeen. You will manage dependencies, escalate risks, and maintain a unified delivery approach.

The role requires experience in MSP/PRINCE2/PMP, strong stakeholder engagement, and solid budget management to support governance reporting and decision-making. A hybrid working pattern is available.

Qualifications

Experience delivering programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong budget management experience and commercial awareness.
Familiarity with governance, reporting and project controls.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and align all workstreams with programme objectives and dependencies.
Act as liaison with the PMO, delivering updates and ensuring standards.
Identify, assess, and elevate risks and issues impacting delivery.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to governance boards on schedule.
Participate in governance forums and ensure compliance with requirements.
