Job summary

SSEN Transmission is seeking a Project Coordinator to support offshore project portfolios. You will coordinate activities, maintain project controls, and help deliver projects safely and efficiently from our Scottish locations, with 50% office-based presence in Inverness, Aberdeen or Perth.

You will handle budgets and reporting, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and contribute to high-quality governance and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Keen eye for detail with ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience in project finances is beneficial.
• Experience with multiple software packages and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project accounts, raise purchase orders, ensure timely supplier payments and handle queries.
• Coordinate and prepare project meetings, ensure scheduling, attendance and high-quality minutes.
• Support governance milestones and deadlines for project teams.
• Coordinate all project reporting and presentation packs to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Provide additional project administration support as needed.
