Job summary

SSEN Transmission is seeking a Project Coordinator to support an Offshore Directorate portfolio, coordinating activities, maintaining project controls and ensuring safe, efficient delivery to the highest standards.

You will join a busy team in Scotland, spending roughly 50% of your time in the office at Inverness, Aberdeen or Perth, with a permanent full-time role and Flexible First options available.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration and organisational skills; busy role with interaction across stakeholders and project teams.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines; strong communication skills.
• Experience in managing project finances is beneficial; able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage project accounts and raise purchase orders; ensure supplier payments on time.
• Coordinate and prepare project meetings; record high-quality minutes.
• Support governance milestones and deadlines; produce timely reporting packs.
• Coordinate project reporting and presentations; assist with admin duties as needed.
