Bluetree Recruits is hiring a Campaign Manager for a hybrid role in Woking, Surrey. You will own a mature recruitment marketing setup across major platforms, managing spend from CPC through to hire, and act as the day-to-day client contact to translate targets into digital media plans.

The role offers 35,000 GBP plus benefits, with one day per week in the Woking office. A dynamic benefits menu is available post-probation, plus annual leave and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing digital recruitment or performance marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience scaling accounts through programmatic vendors (Appcast) and job aggregators (Indeed).
• Experience running localised search or display campaigns via Google Ads.
• Experience running campaigns on Bing, Meta and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own the candidate funnel end-to-end and translate weekly targets into digital media plans.
• Audit and optimise programmatic campaigns and job ads to improve KPI performance.
• Manage spend from CPC to CPA and report on results to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to translate data into actionable insights.
