£35,000 plus benefits
We are recruiting for a Campaign Manager to join our client, a growing digital marketing agency who work with large, well-known brands and global companies, helping their talent and HR teams hire the people they need. This is a full-time permanent role, offered on a hybrid basis with one day a week in their Woking office.
This is a recruitment marketing role working agency-side on a single, high-priority enterprise UK account. You'll take ownership of an established, mature campaign set-up across platforms including Appcast Programmatic, indeed, Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn, auditing current performance and building the strategies that take it further.
You'll own the candidate funnel end-to-end, tracking spend all the way through from cost-per-click to cost-per-application to cost-per-hire, and you'll be the trusted, everyday point of contact translating the client's shifting weekly targets into clear digital media plans. If you love turning data into a story stakeholders can act on, this will suit you down to the ground.
If you're a data-led programmatic specialist who wants real client ownership, room to grow, and a role where your work genuinely helps people land jobs, we'd love to hear from you.
