Job summary

Une entreprise partenaire recherche un Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager pour un client de détail, avec un rôle axé sur l'implémentation de l'expérience client (CX). Peaple Talent has partnered with a key client who is looking for an immediately available Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to work for a retail client delivering multi-faceted CX implementation.

Specifically, we are seeking candidates with proven experience working on SaaS platforms such as Zendesk, CX-One, Calabrio, among others.

You will be implementing into a large-scale environment following a waterfall delivery model, where change management is a crucial aspect of the role.

As a programme leader, you will coordinate a small team of project managers, all contributing to the wider CX program of work.

The position offers remote working on an initial 3-month contract. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for someone to start immediately.
