PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT LAWYER – CORPORATE, 6+ PQE, £55,000–£75,000 DOE – Join an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Corporate Team in a strategic role focused on knowledge management, technical excellence, legal innovation and the development of lawyers.

This full-time Professional Support Lawyer - Corporate position in Hampshire offers a salary of £55,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate, a solicitor with six or more years' PQE, will join an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked corporate team.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining precedents, templates and practical guidance, conducting legal research, and providing technical support to colleagues at all levels. • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Professional Support or Corporate Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE to join the award-winning Corporate Team.
• This is a strategic, high-impact role offering the opportunity to step away from fee-earning while remaining closely involved in complex, high-quality M&A and corporate transactions, supporting lawyers at all levels.
• You will develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates and practical guidance and provide technical support and legal research on a range of corporate matters.
• You will identify training needs, design and deliver training programmes, particularly in M&A and corporate best practice, and support trainee development, induction and ongoing learning initiatives.
• You will also contribute to business development activities, including client briefings, training sessions, proposals, pitches and thought leadership content, helping strengthen the department's market presence.
• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills are essential, together with commercial awareness, strong organisational skills and the ability to produce clear, practical legal guidance. Experience in training and developing junior lawyers would be advantageous, as would an interest in innovation and legal technology.
