This full time position as a Professional Support Lawyer - Property sits within an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked firm in Hampshire. The successful candidate will join a strategic knowledge function, supporting both Commercial and Residential Property teams. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining precedents, templates and guidance, managing knowledge resources, and advising on complex property issues. The role also involves delivering training and tracking legislative changes. Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least six years' post-qualification experience, whether an established PSL or a property lawyer seeking to move away from fee-earning.

The salary offered is £55,000 to £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

OVERVIEW

• An award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to support its Commercial and Residential Property teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an established PSL or an experienced Property Solicitor looking to transition away from fee-earning into a strategic knowledge-focused role.
• You will develop and maintain precedents, templates and legal guidance, manage knowledge resources, provide technical support on complex property matters and monitor legislative developments. Your expertise will cover areas including landlord and tenant, title matters, property development and conveyancing.
• You will lead on training and development across the Property teams, support trainee induction and provide updates on legislative changes, including leasehold reform and Stamp Duty Land Tax.
• The role will also involve contributing to client briefings, pitches and thought leadership, while supporting legal technology adoption, document automation and improvements to workflows and knowledge-sharing processes.
• The successful candidate will have 6+ years’ PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property, with previous PSL experience or a strong fee-earning background and an interest in moving into a PSL role.
