Job summary

eNL is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer – Corporate for the UK market, with 6+ PQE, to join an award-winning Corporate Team. The role is strategic, focusing on knowledge management, technical excellence and the development of lawyers, while supporting high-quality M&A and corporate transactions.

You will develop precedents, templates and practical guidance, provide technical legal research, and identify training needs with programmes for junior lawyers.

Qualifications

6+ years PQE in corporate law.
Excellent drafting and research skills.
Experience in training and developing junior lawyers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates and practical guidance.
Provide technical support and legal research on corporate matters.
Identify training needs, design and deliver training programmes, and support trainee development.
Contribute to business development activities, including client briefings, proposals and thought leadership content.
Support the department’s market presence through training and thought leadership.
