Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE for a Bristol-based role. You will work on high-quality UK and international transactions, building strong client relationships and contributing to business development in a growing corporate practice.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate work, with opportunities to progress within a supportive, partner-led environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 3-6 Years PQE gained within a regional or national corporate team.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Strong drafting skills and a sound technical understanding of corporate law.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine interest in business development.

Are you an ambitious, commercially minded Corporate Solicitor looking to work on high-quality transactions, build strong client relationships and develop your expertise within a growing team? JOB REF:5692.

• Alongside your legal work, you’ll be encouraged to develop client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active part in growing the practice.
