This role supports the Litigation division within the firm's Knowledge Management department, which includes other PSLs and a library manager. The focus will be on:

• Keeping the team updated on legal and procedural updates through regular internal communications.
• Curating and creating know-how resources and addressing fee earner queries.
• Collaborating to identify and develop best practices.
• Delivering or coordinating technical and other training for teams and clients.
• Supporting departmental business development, including profile raising and technological innovation.

Accountabilities

Purpose of the job

This position supports the Litigation division, with a focus on:

• Knowledge sharing initiatives and technical training delivery.
• Updating the firm's precedent database and creating new resources and procedures, with a focus on commercial/contract law if possible.
• Producing materials for client updates, articles, webinars, and podcasts on legal developments.
• Assisting with training and awareness updates for clients and intermediaries.

Professional Skills

• Ability to develop seminars and train fee earners at all levels.
• Deep understanding of litigation and dispute resolution law, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

The candidate

The successful candidate will have significant litigation experience in England & Wales, either in private practice or in-house. Experience as a PSL is desirable but not essential.

General skills required:

• Strong communication skills
• Discretion and excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with presentation/web conferencing tools)
• Team-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Committed to ongoing learning and development.
