Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Professional Qualifications Manager within the Talent Development team to shape and evolve the firm's qualification framework. You will lead governance, provider relationships and programme performance to drive learner outcomes and compliance.

You will influence senior stakeholders, align pathways to business priorities, and drive continuous improvement across qualification programmes for the Early Careers population.

Qualifications

• Experience leading professional qualification strategy and education programmes.
• Ability to shape qualification pathways in response to business needs.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive change and improve outcomes.
• Experience managing provider performance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing review, design and evolution of qualification pathways across service lines.
• Drive development of qualification strategies supporting Early Careers and workforce planning.
• Own end-to-end qualification pathway governance with compliance responsibilities.
• Evaluate performance, design and learner outcomes to enhance value.
• Lead governance links between outcomes, progression, reward and career milestones.
• Manage relationships with training providers and awarding organisations.
• Drive continuous improvement to learner experience and operational efficiency.
• Own qualification policies, standards, governance frameworks and docs.
